Podcast is a good listen. CNO's not bashful about his stuff... he's gonna try and beat you with his stuff and capitalize on Coach's who have too much structure in their offensive schemes

And CNO disagrees w/me about the finesse shots like Timme takes... he doesn't like them because it allows defense to collapse. Oh well, I guess he solved that mystery for me.

I think it's a very telling cast about his philosophy. When he says things like, "I would rather have 5 PGs on the court than 5 Centers", it says a lot about what we see and what many question.
