Josh Primo had 28 points including 5-3's for the Austin Spurs last night

You can already see how much his game has grown in one year, plus he's younger than Chet Holmgren (Gonzaga) and Paolo Banchero (Duke). He will be an elite player in a few years.

Wish he had stayed at Bama one more year. We would be a legit top 4 team right now if he had.

Man his body is filling out nicely. Would have been great to have him back this year. This team would really be special. Primo is at Austin so he can get as many minutes as possible and continue to grow his game. The Spurs do a great job developing their young players.

I selfishly wish he had stayed one more year too, but he made the best decisions for himself and it appears to be working out.

Primo in T-Town with what we've already seen of the current team would definitely have been a final 4 or bust kind of projection. I do wonder though if Shack comes back with Primo still in town. I lean to no.
