Herb has had a great year. He played well on both ends all year averaging 10 points a game. He should be on the all defensive team. Primo will show out next year.
Herb had a great game tonight. Was all over the place and the announcers were definitely singing his praises.
i remember when he could not make a layup or free throw. he has really put in the work to get where he is at.
I love how well Herb is doing. Can you imagine we had posters like @pwestbro61 who wanted him to leave Alabama earlier than he did. They couldn’t wait for him to leave and laughed at me when I said Herb is going to play in the NBA.
Now you are creating fiction. Never said I was ready for him to leave/ but it did take him 4 years to become draft worthy. And he is in the NBA for his defense only.
In his defense, Herb was maddeningly incapable of finishing at the rim at times on offense. He has become so much more fluid offensively this year. Started to see it last year. He was always a guy with all the things that make a good nba player but was very developmental. People definitely lose patience way too fast with those type of guys

As for taking 4 years, who gives a rats ass? Hes in the NBA, just like I said he would be. He’s not only in the NBA, but a starter who averaged 10ppg.
Herb just got fouled up 2 with a minute left. I said ok Herb, make a free throw. My 7 year old said, “he couldn’t make one his last game at Alabama.”
20 seconds left, up 3 and Herb is taking the ball out of bounds 2 times in a row. That says a ton about Herb and what they think of him.
Herb out here making the playoffs! Now he can go guard Booker some I guess. Herb is the real deal.

That was an exciting game! Herb played well but the stat line doesn’t necessarily reflect his impact. I’ve always liked Herb. As he developed he kinda reminded me of TR Dunn!
