If you are months away from a certain multi-million dollar payday, DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Do ILLEGAL DRUGS, surround yourself with ILLEGAL drugs or people carrying/selling/enjoying ILLEGAL DRUGS
2. Carry a gun in public ILLEGALLY (or at all b/c it's not necessary....that said, it's your 2nd amendment right to do so LEGALLY)
3. Surround yourself with shady people
4. Do ANYTHING that could remotely be considered ILLEGAL, IN BAD TASTE, DISRESPECTFUL TO YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY, UNIVERSITY OR TEAMMATES
Essentially, just go to school, play football for a few more months, and STAY ON THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW.
1-4 above is generally a pretty good playbook for life but particularly when you are months away from securing your and your family's future forever.
