Florida is the best team in the country no doubt. One thing is for sure, they’re a terrible matchup for Alabama. Have been the past 3 years. They’ve averaged nearly 100 points in the last 5 games against the Tide.
The first 20 minutes were insanely fun basketball. Grant Nelson was putting people on a poster, Jarin was hitting threes, and they’re were clicking offensively. The problem is, Florida was too. It was an offensive clinic the first half, but when Grant Nelson was ruled out it was over. You can’t beat a team like Florida with your two PGs shooting poorly and losing your best front court player.
Now Alabama will wait to see where they are placed in the NCAA Tournament tomorrow. They’ll be a 2 seed, and likely the East or Midwest region.
