Need rules expert to chime in. Georgia punts. SC calls fair catch nowhere near ball. Ga player catches it on the fly. No SC player in area. Ball never touches the ground. Even though no SC player in area isn't that Fair Catch Interference? Us ball not downable unless muffed or touches ground?
