Heard him on "The Pressbox" earlier this week. He claims he has a source that has allowed him to view the second by second breakdown of video footage which is very telling. He supposedly went on other state radio shows that day making the same claim but nobody in the national media is taking his story and running with it possibly because they don't have his sources to see the video. Any of you guys heard anything about this? I'd link it but my phone won't allow me too. Worth your time to google it. From what he says the footage is going to poke a lot of holes in the prosecution's case as he claims the first 2-3 shots came from Johnson's vehicle. None of the people in Johnson's car can corroborate the other person's statements and Johnson can't even be located. Nobody knows where he is.

His source is probably the defense team. So we may take that with a grain of salt. Interesting stuff though.

Well we do know that the people in the car have told the officers different stories, the officers even acknowledged that. Also if the video shows that the first shots came from in the car, it doesn't matter if the source is the defense, the video is still the video

Is he the one that wrote the lengthy article on Patch earlier this week that detailed the events on the strip that night? It was pretty enlightening, if accurate. It was posted on the Champions Lounge message board, I think.

I’m answering my own question, but yes, it was Ryan that wrote the article that I referenced. Here’s the link to it. I can’t remember who posted this earlier in the week or I would give them credit for finding it.

It would make sense that his source could be the Defense Attorney, as the State would be legally required to give the Defense Attorneys copies of and exculpatory evidence and any video or audio recordings that might be produced at trial. If I was the Defense Attorney and the videos show what he says they show, I would want the videos as public as possible without stepping on a Judge.
