Several players skipped both voluntary and mandatory practices before ND game. Reminds me of when Chizik had to put security at the football player's apartment complex to assure they were in by 2a.
I don't know if Oats lost them, or this is the mentality of kids now. The NIL is the biggest injury/disgrace/terrible idea with the lax transfer portal a close second.

They didn't skip mandatory practices. Also players attend voluntary practices, not all but most did. They attended on separate days that voluntary practice was available.
