His problem I fear is that he has the lowest ceiling offensively. Even if he does "go off" it's hard to imagine it's anything greater than 10-12 points. That's not to say that he doesn't have a role or place on the team obviously.Everybody on the team has a role to play. Gurley fills in where and when needed. Any points he scores are a bonus. Maybe he'll go off offensively when least expected. RTR!!!!
He has some serious limitations on the offensive end. He can't create a shot. If he puts the ball on the floor and start dribbling, he'll lose it 95% of the time. He has to be wide open because he has shown he can't make contested shots. I believe his FT % is good, but he doesn't get to the line that often. This is why I said he may "surprise us" and go off one game. Not with 10 points or so, I am talking 20 pts.His problem I fear is that he has the lowest ceiling offensively. No doubt Pringle is taking alot of his minutes. l disagree with the other posters who think his offensive limitations are the problem. He has trouble guarding good big men. When Bedikeo was going out and he was coming in Clowney would move over and guard the five. Pringle coming in solved that problem.Nick Pringle is a better option
