think q should be starting. when things are going good i would rather leave them alone.
You make a good point, but Q coming in off the bench changes the flow of the offense, which might be just enough to discombobulate the opponent's defense. They get use to Bradley dribbling all of the air out of the ball before driving and leaving the ball on the rim (if it even hits the rim), and Q comes in and blows past them with ease.Put me in the category of starting him yesterday. Falling behind early in the SEC is one thing because in the grand scheme of things a loss really does not hurt, but let one of these 8/9 seeds come out hot and put us in a 14-3 hole early and the pressure is totally different because guys start pressing in the “Dance” because they know there is no tomorrow.
ROLL TIDE!!!!
We start most games the first 4 minutes with Bradley dribbling and going one on three. The player of the year never gets a shot off and we fall behind as we try to get the ball to Bediako. Give me JQ to start the game. You make a good point, but Q coming in off the bench changes the flow of the offense, which might be just enough to discombobulate the opponent's defense. It's not just who starts over who. I still believe if you only rely on your "starters" you're just not going to be successful over the course of a season. It takes more than 5 players to have a successful basketball team.think q should be starting. when things are going good i would rather leave them alone.
yea oats does a great rotating 11 scholarship players. It's not just who starts over who. I still believe if you only rely on your "starters" you're just not going to be successful over the course of a season. It takes more than 5 players to have a successful basketball team.
It's the rotations coaches use during the game assuming you've a good enough bench that are key to winning bball games. I just love watching how CNO rotates his players on the floor. We've a deep bench and CNO uses it.
