Statement from Josh Primo's attorney

Its not exactly some deep critical thinking to say it but this isn't going to end well for anyone involved. The Spurs are taking the polar opposite position on this that the Texans took with Watson.

If Primo's side can prove he either didn't do it or it happened in some kind of indirect way then its going to get ugly. If she can prove anything then this kid who apparently has already had a rough start to life is going to be shoved into a proverbial gutter.

Is the woman charging Primo or is she suing him? Just wondering if she wants more money.
This is the point I never understood, in what should be a good, common sense country. If they can prove he did something criminally wrong, he should be prosecuted, but I have never understood why any of these accusers are due any $? They didn’t suffer any financial loss in these “potential” incidents, and $ doesn’t make a crime ok now.

They paint a believable story . We probably won't ever know.
My question is, why allow this behavior to occur during "numerous therapy sessions?" Why not nip it in the bud the first time? I'm also curious as to why he was seeing a psychologist in the first place. Is it a team requirements or was he diagnosed as a person in need.
