Five-star QB visiting Alabama on Monday
Sayin was previously considered a lean to Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish may still have a chance, but just added a commitment from 2024 Rivals100 QB CJ Carr. Sayin received an offer from Alabama last month. This is his first visit to Tuscaloosa. He visited LSU on Sunday.
One mid-week official visitor
The Crimson Tide will host at least one official visitor before the weekend. Malik Benson, who named Tennessee as his leader after an official visit with the Vols this past weekend, will arrive in Tuscaloosa on Wednesday. Benson is one of three JuCo players heavily recruited by Alabama.
Alabama hosting multiple camps this week
Alabama is hosting a high school camp today and Wednesday. It will also host an OL/DL camp on Saturday. A few notable recruits who will participate in the Tide's camp on Wednesday includes Jackson Bowers, Ronnie Royal, Josh Flowers and Ryan Williams. We'll see a lot of names added during these next few days. We should see some great competition during the OL/DL camp which will include Alabama commitment Yhonzae Pierre.
Another big official visit weekend ahead
The official visits will continue this weekend with several significant targets scheduled to return to Tuscaloosa. Alabama will host at least three of its top DB targets- Cormani McClain, Caleb Downs and Makari Vickers. Justice Haynes, the top RB in the country, will also take his OV this weekend. Ronan Hanafin, recruited as a LB by the Crimson Tide, will visit. Jelani Thurman, tight end from Georgia, is also slated to visit.
