I know the schoolboy and tommy deas have already started one of these, but I wanted to say a special thanks to you along with jim rainey for coming to our annual get together at baumhowers this spring. it really meant a lot to us old guys and we had a great time talking Alabama sports with you guys-- by the way fellows-- they did not make a token appearance-- they hung out and shot the bull for 3 hours or longer and were still there when my old butt had to leave and go find a bed. thanks to you and jim for buying us a round (in my case 2 doubles )..I want to tell every body on here that D.C. is not only a hard working and very talented sports writer, but he is also a fine young man.
