The 3-pointer: Three takeaways from Alabama's against Ole Miss

This guy needs to live and die with his drive- very strong finisher. I really like his game and good free throw shooter
I've said from the beginning of the season that he is my favorite of our 3 point guards. He can get to the rim at will, is a great finisher, a good free throw shooter, and a tenacious defender. He's not a great 3 point shooter, but he impacts the game in so many other ways.

With the storms and nasty weather I was hoping we could get a good crowd there and we did. Student section was smaller than it usually is, but that was to be expected.
The refs did us no favors as two ghost calls were loudly protested from the crowd on a chorus of boos. They called a lot of ticky tak calls on us on defense.
Coach Oats kept platooning our players to keep everyone fresh and Ole Miss started losing control towards the last 8 minutes of the first half and at that point the game was over.
Get your butts in the seats at Coleman Saturday for the KY game. This is a must win game, and a game we should win, but it always helps to have a rowdy crowd on hand to lend the team a little help.
The ride back to Hoover was an aquatic adventure......awful.
Roll Tide!

In my imagination I picture Bradley taking over and nobody being able to stop him while leading bama to the championship.

They begin collapsing on him and everything leads to open 3s and dunks.

Sears had a rough night shooting, but we know what he can do. I agree with Oats about the team having a let down in the second half. They have to learn to keep their foot on the gas. All-in-all it was a good win.

The Kentucky game has been sold out for weeks, as are the boog and Arkansas games. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more games sell out. Coleman will be rocking for the rest of this season.

We have lots of sellouts that turn in to empty seats. I have been a season ticket holder for a long time and lots of conference games are so called sell outs and some of the best seats in Coleman still go unused. The problem is football first fans buy season tickets for the points and rarely come to the games or bother to make sure someone uses them.

Bradley will be the it factor that allows us to make a run. He can get to the rim and finish. Decision making is better than quinnerly and sears
He is also a really good passer when he goes to the hole and gets cut off. He made several great passes in the game where he did not get an assist because of missed open shots. He is a complete player other than being a great 3 point shooter.

I have a hope that when we are finally able to get the new arena built, the AD will put basketball back in its own Tide Pride points system so only fans who are interested in basketball will buy those tickets.
