My autopay didn’t work because I have changed debt cards. I went in and updated my new card. I have always paid by the month. When I renewed my subscription they charged me for one year. $103.95. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue. I finally got someone with yahoo on the phone. His English was so broken I couldn’t understand him. I finally got him to say he would cancel my membership and then I could try to renew on a monthly charge. But, the next day my bank account had been debited the charge. I continued to try to get this resolved. The customer service is really bad.
