A. Does the team have a letdown after the run of tough games , OT against AU, & winning the SEC ( and if we are being honest bama hasn’t been playing their best ball lately!! )

B. Does the pressure from the Brandon Miller spotlight diminish on the road and they play loose on the road away from distractions etc and return to their three point shooting dominance ?

#B: The crowd will no doubt be yelling reminders at Miller. Can he continue to block out the noise and stay focused?
#C: A lot depends on how the refs call the game. Do they let them play; will the calls be one-sided; or will they call it tight (ticky-tac fouls)? The refs can destroy a game when they take over.

Expect Aggies to be extremely motivated and they will shoot a ton of free throws. They are very physical.

Bama needs to just come out and play loose/ conference pressure is gone ( already champs). Today should be fun day. Play wide open. Do not let Aggies dictate tempo.

The aggies remind me of miss st inside and on defense , but I think the aggies are a better offensive team / half court than the bulldogs

The game went about as I expected it would, except I thought we'd lose by double digits. I've had this game in the L column since the first time I saw A & M play earlier this season. They're a bad matchup for us. They suffocate you on defense and have big, physical guards. We've had trouble with those types of teams since Oats got here. I had predicted that Taylor would score 25, and I undersold him. He ended up with 28. Buzz also has Oats' number. He has never lost to him. He's a heckuva coach.

When a&m and Tennessee consistently are allowed to impede progress, bump and ride the dribbler all game... Easy to see why they play that way. Hope they both exit before the sweet 16. Neither is that good offensively. We win those two at home and probably do on any neutral court. Like our fight today, nonetheless. Gonna need to keep that mindset--never fold, and we'll be okay.

We’ll just have to disagree. I don’t want to play either one again. Their styles are kryptonite to what Oats wants to do on offense. There’s a reason why Buzz is undefeated against Oats even though he has been outmanned in each of those games.

Bama got mugged in Knoxville. Not so much today. Aggies played great D. Tide took too many 3’s instead of drawing fouls in the paint.

This bothers our guards and they can get manhandled which is not the object of defense or should it be allowed

Agree. However, end of game, final quarter of the game today is what turned this one. Calls were very partial down the stretch. We only went to the line the one time I remember, when our guy hit the deck and then they blew the whistle. They went to the stripe a few times on marginal stuff. They wouldn't have beaten us without the whistle assist. Don't tell me coming across the lane and going full body on bediako wasn't an obvious foul.

Good grief if A&M would have just missed 10 of their foul shots this game would have ben a Bama win. They were just about perfect from the line. Amazing!
It does seems as if we are regressing beyond the three point arch and that is very concerning going into the tournament.

Oh it was. The charge on Miller at the 3:46 mark basically decided game. Really bad call.

...or if our guys had made 10 of those 3 point attempts it would have been a Bama win.
