That was an article that I (and many more) have been waiting to read for years.
We're a long way from a National Championship, but you can damn sure smell it from here.

I remember one of Gottfried's teams ranked number one about this time one year and we barely made the tournament that year This is a much better group and coach .
I use the term "basketball school" in jest because they haven''t won NC #1 yet, and the football thingy has managed to do quite well over the years. At least make the final four before crowing too loud. I am going to enjoy the ride, one game at a time, and see how it shakes out in March.
