Are you wanting to know who we want to transfer? Bone gives the best info/data on recruits. Check his column.
Maybe I missed something recently but when has Bone ever given a basketball recruiting update?? @Harper41 Is the only poster connected to this site and I don't even recall him giving any definitive info as far as anticipated transfers to or from the program. I am not an expert at all but here is the chatter that has been discussed on this board for the past week as best I can recall:
-Q and or Primo could surprise everybody and decide to use their talents to make money via draft, G league, or oversees but nobody really sees that happening.
- This class has one more spot which most believe is for Charles Bediako or Nimiri Burnett. Taking both means somebody is leaving the team and if you look at overall talent and potential it would seem Rojas would be the most likely to exit.
-Rojas spot may be safe (assuming he wants to return) if someone like Miles or Ambrose decide they want to transfer somewhere with less competition.
-Given the freedom with which the NCAA is allowing kids to transfer it shouldn't surprise anybody if 2-3 players exit and 2-3 more come back in which could include Burnett.
-This board is currently littered with names of kids hitting the portal but to my knowledge nobody has provided anything more than speculation as to the level of Interest by either party for said kid. My apologies if that last statement is incorrect.

God I hope we aren’t choosing Rojas over Ambrose/Miles
While it is hard to imagine it may not be a case of choosing. If others leave and nobody transfers in then Rojas would be needed. Again, hard to imagine that scenario happening but I doubt Oats "chooses"Rojas over Miles or Ambrose.

Religious weekend. Am having browser issues and non selected pages come up. Often cannot post or even ”like” things.
I have to trust the coaches on this one, but when I see Miles, I am so reminded of Alonzo Gee. I think that Miles has a huge top end. A-H is just a kid that was not ready physically to compete at the college level. Two years in the weight room and he will be a good one. I would hate to see us give up on either player for a transfer that didn't want to be here in the first place.
I love the fact that Rojas is passionate about the game. I hate the fact that he cannot control his emotions.
I think you're right on this one. I remember Oats talking about Miles. He knows he has the talent to play just has to polish his game a little more, get adjusted and he should be a productive player.
