Shorter drop on the deep balls. Think the longer drop means he has to throw a lower trajectory pass instead of the normal "drop it on" arc. Think it's just a timing thing.
Have a drive where send someone deep every play and you tell him to look at every deep man, but unless he has a 5 yard gap, you look for a shorter drop down pass. Need to see him have the ability to come off the deep man when they aren't open, and find an open man.
This is in no way saying he's not doing a fantastic job, just something I think he can work on to get better this week.
