UGA More than a Must Win

First of all I've had about all the Georgia BS I can handle for another 40 years. So F them. But in hoops we are a 14 point road favorite against a team who just isn't good. We can't do what we did against Mizzou and dig a huge hole. This is a must win, but also needs to be an impressive win. To be in the upper echelon of the SEC you gotta be able to handle the lesser teams and not be sweating it out with two minutes left. This needs to be a double digit impressive win to get this team ready for a 3 game stretch that'll be as tough as you can get.

With the inconsistency in play by our team, I will be happy with a one-point road win. Jaw-jah will be at home defending their turf and they would love to hand us another loss. Our guys have to play with intensity for 40 minutes, not just the 2nd half. Mizzou was labeled as "not that good;" however, against us they looked like the "84 Lakers" (twice).

I wouldn't bet it, but sure looks like that's what Vegas believes. I see a 77-71 type game, would love 82-60 just to save my heart for Saturday.

Same here. It has been crappy performance after crappy performance since the Houston game, but I kept watching. I’m not sure I can after this debacle. There is absolutely no excuse for what we put on the floor tonight. We gave up 46 points in the second half to the worst team in the league. I’m sure Oats will call out the players effort again. It’s never his fault.

Nope. Just getting our hopes up for a colossal embarrassment. Could easily lose 3 straight and get dick slapped while doing it. I’ve watched every game this year, planned around them. Can’t say they deserve my loyalty or time right now. That effort was embarrassing.

This ^^^^^^^. I have never understood why there are fans that get so excited about squeaking in with a team that has no chance to do anything in the tournament. Wimp had #7 seeds that were darn good, that every knowledgeable BB fan knew could be a legitimate threat in the tournament.
