UK or MSU?

If I am being honest Miss St is probably the easier opponent but I chose UK because their delusional fan base continues to bash the Tide.
Half of me wants to see UK to break the streak and the trend. But the other half is my brain saying that is not what you want and you know it. Lol. Give me MSU all day.
I say KY because sooner or later we have to get that monkey off our backs. We swept them in the regular season, but the true test is the tournament. Just think of how many times the Cats have kicked us to the curb. The team has to have the mindset of playing anybody...anywhere.
As sweet as it would be to beat them it would be just as crushing to lose to them

Either, but it won't matter much if we don't bring better play to table for the tournament. Our inside game worries me against MSU. I think we match up better with UK and I would love to beat them 3X in one year, but right now we are playing flat footed most of the game.

I want KY. Either way we win. If we win, then we brag for long time that beat we them 3 times in one year. If we lose, then we rest till the tournament and get healthier. I really want the tournament crown this year, though. I want another shot at AK on a neutral court with some decent refs.

Just thinking though, if not us, then who? They're gonna be hellbent on getting that championship because it's their only path. Send us. That has to be our attitude. That certainly should be our players' mentality, regardless of our thoughts on here. No way this team should bow to anyone.

I would vote neither if that were an option. Kentucky had us on the ropes in our last meeting before we pulled it out in the last 3-4 minutes. They'll be playing as a desperate team, knowing that winning the tourney is their only path to March Madness. MSU is a bad matchup for us. We were fortunate to beat them both times we played, as each contest was a 3 point game in the final minute. We don't have anyone who can defend Ado or Smith, and Molinar and Stewart at guard are big, strong guys who we have a tough time defending as well. I think that if Stewart hadn't missed so many minutes after getting kicked in the head in the first half against us last weekend that they would've beaten us. He came back and lit us up in the second half. I think we match up better with either of our potential Saturday opponents in Florida and Tennessee, if we can get there.
