TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – As part of its summer schedule, the USA Softball Women’s National Team will face a selection of current local college players in an exhibition doubleheader at Rhoads Stadium Thursday, July 20 starting at 6 p.m. CT.
Tickets for the event can be purchased HERE with limited tickets also available for purchase at the gate.
Among the 20 athletes on Team USA’s roster is former Alabama softball standout Haylie McCleney (2013-16), a four-time All-American from Morris, Ala. Team USA will face the Alabama Stars, a roster of current college players from seven different programs, including Alabama, Mississippi State, South Alabama, Jacksonville State, North Alabama, Alabama-Huntsville and Montevallo. Reagan Dykes, Caroline Hardy, Bailey Hemphill and Alexis Osorio will represent the Crimson Tide on the Alabama Stars’ Tuscaloosa roster. Two days later, Team USA will face a different Alabama Stars roster for a scrimmage at Jane B. Moore Field in Auburn, Ala.
