They hit 9 more free-throws than we did, out rebounded us, outscored us from the 3-point line and had more points off turnovers than we did.

This team showed a lot of grit. Especially in crunch time. Other than that last second give me they missed their last 9 shots.

Kudos to the whole team, but a special shout out to Rylan Griffen off the bench. Hit some clutch shots from 3, clutch free-throws and had some great defensive stops when we had to have them.

Pretty soon opponents will stop concentrating on Miller and start bird-dogging Griffen. Your first paragraph reminds me of the odds during the battle for "Midway Island."
If you look at the stat sheet, we maybe shudda/cudda/oughta gotten whupped! They turned a live arena into a silent tomb.

We had a significant advantage on field goals made, percentage (on 2 pointers) and rebounds. Alabama was a better team, but give Pearl credit for manufacturing as many points as they could at the free throw line. Once they started clanking threes it was over. Auburn’s post defense took a big step back from last year and we took advantage when we weren’t turning the ball over.

Nick Pringle played very little, but he really did his job when he was in there.

Here is a question l do not know the answer to. Does anyone know what % of his shots from the floor Pringle has hit this year? l don't remember him missing but about 3 shots. l know he only shoots when he is around the basket, but he must be hitting at least 80% or more from the field.

@Jordan Harper or anybody else

92%. (24-26)

When shooter keeps his eyes on the rim, it is amazing how often the shot goes into the basket. when Bradley finally gets the message, he will be even better than he is. Pringle is two years older and has a firmer understanding of the game even though Pringle does not have Bradley’s talent. Pringle reminds me a lot of Jones, without the talent. Pringle gets everything he can out of his ability.

I held off on commenting earlier about him because I don't follow the stat lines on each player. But what our eyes are telling us and the posters who have mentioned it are correct. He should be logging more minutes.

Could not agree more… I said at halftime someone was going to have to give us a spark .. I thought clowney was huge and Quinerly came out of nowhere and was just fantastic. I don’t think Q had more than 3 points the last 3-4 games.

What a luxury having him here!!

lf Pringle can play a little more under control he can be great. He is not a polished basketball player, but he is probably the best overall athlete on the team. He hustles like hell and damn he can jump. Great asset to our team.
