Why didn’t UF beat Bama Wednesday night??

I wasn’t able to watch the game but was able to keep up with the score throughout. After the game I went back at read the “Official Game Thread” and noticed a lot of folks applauding Golden’s use of timeouts to stop Bama when they got on a run, so why didn’t UF win???
