Why do Atlanta sports teams usually choke in the playoffs?

the Atlanta Braves were dominate during the regular season winning 14 straight division titles but only won 1 world series. The Falcons have never won a Super Bowl.Now the Atlanta Hawks who had the best record in the eastern conference are completely collapsing against the Cavs. What is it that causes pro sports teams in Atlanta usually choke in the playoffs?
