Hey NCAA if a drug has never been allowed ... why not list it on the banned list. Would that be hard.
Excerpt from article. I am not taking up for Will but to say there is "no complete list of banned substances" reminds me of being a newlywed .. there were rules for me I did not know about but was punished for nonetheless. (G)
