I’m just assuming TRob is the DC. If he’s ready and the job he’s done, I think it almost has to be a done deal. The question would be, do they hire another DB coach to take some load of TRob? Or do they let him keep coaching DB’s and use the extra spot for a special teams guy? Just read this talk about how good Neighbors is and thought he might be an option for DB’s.
