This team played a lot looser after Grant was let go. I'm not saying that they are happy he got fired at all, but seemed to have a load lifted off their shoulders. They basically played each game with their coachs job security on the line and I can see how that could wear on a team and cause stressful play.
I stated in another thread that "the elephant is out of the room" and the team played looser and that's what it looked like. They could play not worrying about how it affects Grant and it showed tonight. Fantastic win! RTR
