Alabama has a chance to pull off what might be their biggest recruiting win of the 2023 class tomorrow afternoon.

For several months now, Texas has been the perceived leader "far and away" with Alabama, Texas A&M, and UGA chasing the Longhorns.
Oh, how the tables have turned.

With just hours to go until Hale makes his decision, all signs are pointing to the Crimson Tide and the Nation's No. 1 recruiting class for the No. 10 player in the state of Texas.

This development comes just hours after Alabama secured the commitment of DE Jordan Renaud, another top 25 prospect in the state of Texas.

For Hale, it is unclear what the turning point in this recruitment was. Could have been the OV, could have been the ability to play early, could have been the ability Alabama has to get WR to the league, the list could go on and on.

Hale, similar to Renaud, wants to be one of the best. To be the best, you have to compete with the best, and that's what Alabama has to offer.

He's done a great job keeping things close to the vest, not talking much with media, and keeping everyone guessing.

Sources I have spoken with believe Alabama is a great spot as Hale goes to bed tonight prior to announcing his decision tomorrow at 12:30pm (@B Howard will be in attendance)

Texas, the long-time leader, isn't backing dow though. They will continue to fight, and attempt to prevent the upset from taking place.

An Alabama FutureCast has been entered in by myself and several others tonight, and while some don't like the FC system, I believe it is a way to have you all follow along the wild rides that can be recruiting.

Texas had all but one FutureCast for Hale just over an hour ago. That has now changed to an even 50/50, a symbolic number that shows just how torn Jalen Hale has been as he wrestles with the decision.

In Austin, he'd have the chance to play with Arch manning, and to stay closer to home.

In Tuscaloosa, he'd be competing in a WR room that in the last several years has consistently shown an ability to put guys in the league, and the chance to compete early given the status of the receiver room.

This recruitment has gone to the wire, but as the clock quickly approaches 00:00, The Crimson Tide appear to be in the top spot and are looking to close.
