I was just told that the main reason that he chose to retire was because it became way to much work and stress trying to replace coaches. Said Reese was not his first choice of course. Coaches didn’t want to work for him because of his demand of excellence. And he was finding himself doing a lot of coaching on both sides of the ball for the first time in a very long time and it became too much.
