My youngest son is in the 5th grade and he is small for his age and last year 3 kids picked on him, calling names, and even physical. I have talked to the school last year and the answer was for my son to switch schools. But the School systems refuse to transport him to the other school. Then I was told that the 3 boys would be kept away from him. And here we go again they make fun of him and talk about his biological mother being dead. I went to the school again today and the schools stance is that since my son to quote the principle "responded properly " that he doesn't think that there is a " Imbalance of Power" so it he isn't bullying in his opinion and unless the other kids confess he can't do anything about it . Looking for advice I know what I would LOVE to do but the school will not setup a meeting with the parents of the other kids.
