The penalty imposed against Harbaugh was Bullcrappy designed to appease the sensitive little feelings of poor little tOSU. Every team in America scouts the other team, anyway they can. Everyone looks for little clues as to what play is coming. If you think tOSU would not steal the other teams signals, if they could, then you are naive.

I'm glad that Harbaugh will be on the sidelines for the Alabama game, as he is the best coach
