I think this is the best choice especially if Saban endorses the hire. Hiring a big name is unlikely because of the expectations. A big name hire runs a high chance of having their career ended in 2-3 yrs. Even with a buyout, they would be leaving future money on the table. Also, I think with the hire of Rees it would yield a higher chance of keeping our current coaching staff and roster intact.
