Not all players at Alabama are well known. As a young man, I wanted to play running back at Alabama I would have except for a few problems like, I was small, slow, and unathletic, but other than that I wanted to be just like Larry Wall, #36 at Alabama in 61. He was small, so he was my hero. Today I recall Dink Wall. I understand that he passed in 2020, but this is one old man remembering a hero of the past. By the way the QB handing him the ball was a pretty good one, but today belongs to Dink Wall.
