I never use this board for this but hopefully none of you attny's will take offense to my question. I am divorced and have a rental property with my x in Main. We both live in Florida at this time. We are selling the house and to prevent argueing over the equity I want to generate a letter that states all the equity goes to our childred (one is 12, the other 8) in a trust account. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am not even sure she will aggree to this, but who wouldn't.
