To 99.99% of basketball coaches, fans, and recruits. Only a fraction of Bama fans think differently, yall may want to.just stick with football only. Greg Popovich said he is a very good coach. How many coaches ever won 67 games in the regular season. He's won a championship as a player, coached his team to the nba finals and lost to Shaq and Wade, he lost one year in the conference finals and was coach of the year before. He also had four 50 win seasons in a row. Things didn't go well for him in Brooklyn but no one has had success there, its like coaching the Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots coach couldn't even win there. That's what Brooklyn is like. Running a basketball program will not be a problem, its much easier to do that than coaching in the nba with all those egos. Recruiting will be a piece a cake, all he has to do is be himself and keep it real with recruits like Saban does. Archie Miller doesn't even compare. This guy would be a splash hire and we would get so much publicity from espn. Bama basketball will be in the spotlight and recruits will see that.
