Yeah just a terrible move. People want to talk about these g league contracts but he’ll never play with any exposure now that he left college. Wish him the best but he made a dumb decision. He’s better off getting a free education and using his degree to make a good living than a one time contract maybe worth $350-$500k.

He can but the school doesn’t offer that full ride any longer. Take the free handout when it comes to college. College tuition is overpriced greatly so when you’re getting a free ride, take advantage of it. Leaving after next year might result in the same outcome from an NBA perspective but he would be leaving with a free degree.
