This may be the hardest job of all, ranking the sweet sixteen coaches. There is an argument that can be made about all the choices. Personally I might rank their number fifteen as the best coach. Ole Miss has done more with less than any remaining team. Personally if Oats was to leave, fourteen of them would be at the top of my list and the reason it would not be all fifteen is I think Michigan State might be the sole reason Oats would leave, unless an NBA team was to offer more money than sense.
