We did two interesting things differently on kickoffs yesterday.
1. For the first part of the game, we dropped them right at the goal line -- we wanted them to return the kicks, and I think it is because we wanted shots at stripping the ball, given the number of fumbles that they have had this year. I'm confident had we wanted Griff to kick it through the end zone, we could have done it.
2. After we got a lead, we changed, and we changed in an interesting way -- for the first time this year, Griffin kicked the ball across the field into the right side of the end zone, instead of the left side of the end zone. We usually bunch to the left side, leaving the right side open, but he hit at least three to the right side. That was a bit interesting.
