offered point guard tyler jackson back in april and he was not even rated. now he is one of the top-rated points in the 2025 class. having an eye for talent reminds me of coach saban.

Hardly. It's not that unusual for top talent evaluators to find good players before everyone else. Oats was a top evaluator even in HS coaching circles.
no bullshit, he was not ranked then blewup in some camps. he is just a 11th grader that didn`t have the exposure.
It's not necessarily improvement, it's being found. Remember when Saban offered chris Jones as a 3 star and a few months later he was a 5 star? He didn't get better, he was just no attending camps so not everyone knew who he was. A 2025 kid making big jumps is not a surprise. He just finished his sophomore year of high school.
