Like I have told y'all many times..The reason CNS is having problems hiring Coordinators is because its is his defense and his offense.. Saban expects the new Coordinators to come in LEARN HIS systems and call the plays that already exists.. Henceforth the reason he usually hires people that has worked with him before..
