Davidson is the most fundamentally sound basketball team that I have seen in a long time.
Davidson is a Quad 1 team right now, and is our second highest Net ranked loss only behind Auburn.
Miami has also gotten in a roll. Gonna end up being a great win resume wise. ACC kinda sucks ass this year
They were probably the worst back fill for a neutral site game we could have found for that game in B'ham. A team loaded with experience and some real talent at the guard position and they play strictly within the system they are coached up for. Our team didn't respect them before the game and barely managed to claw the game down to a one possession deal near the end.
They probably beat us by a dozen or more if we played today in the same arena. We've regressed that much and they were just about to hit their stride when we played them.
They'll be everyone's favorite "bracket buster" for a final 4 run even if they don't get a good draw in the tournament.

I think we can all agree the mizzou performance was just absolutely horrendous start to finish. We haven’t played a great game since Houston but mizzou is the only truly atrocious day we have had.
I still believe this team will go on a hot streak at some point. If they will stay focused on the defensive end and rebounding, literally just decent 3 point shooting will make them extremely tough to beat. Shooting has been awful in sec play but I personally don’t think we are that bad of shooters. Not excellent but not 25%
Our 3 point shooting has been awful all season, not just SEC play. When you're ranked 294th in the country in 3 point %, it's not just because of a few bad games. It means you've sucked at it from the very beginning.

Hard to imagine their 3 point % staying this bad but the constant has to be defense and rebounding. Almost impossible to shoot well enough to overcome bad D and rebounding but good D and rebounding can overcome poor shooting.

Yes we are bad. That’s kind of my point. 32% is bad but significantly better than we have been in 5 of 6 sec games. We don’t have to become good, just get back to being bad and it’s 9-12 ppg difference. Right now we are like blind guys trying to shoot
Memphis was pretty atrocious. They're 9-8 and beat us by 14, but the score wasn't an indication of how badly they beat us. We had to make a late run to even get it that close.
