This morning's Chicago Tribune carries a short squib about the argument in the Court of Appeals in this case. According to the Trib, "The three judges gave a players union lawyer a tough time, with one saying that evidence of ball tampering was compelling." I have previously posted that I believe that the decision of the district court in that case will be reversed and Brady's suspension will be upheld. I remain of that opinion.
