Didn't Realize BB was Downgraded to a 4 Star...

I was BB all the way, but I hadn't realized he was downgraded to a 4 star prior to signing day this year. What is with all the "future Heisman" chatter?? IIRC, David Cornwell was also a 4 star, so there's no real talent difference there. Why not start the more experienced, more physically mature guy?
