With OKC. Word now is deal is done .... if so don't think he will back out again.
JMO but I think he takes the job if offered. Based on his desire to coach in the NBA at some point plus the plans to renovate their basketball facilities has been delayed. An indoor football facility was not in the immediate plans ... it became a priority and will be finished in August. Had to frustrate Billy.
