Are very favorable. Yes he has to coach some games but I'm pretty sure the man can coach. The reservations about him were in recruiting, but IMO he is starting to answer those reservations in a very positive way. He is showing me that he is willing to go out there and beat the bushes and search wide for good players. I think he will do more than well in the recruiting game.
