I wonder if that strong ass offer Watford got was worth this ass whiping.
I've been watching Alabama basketball for a long time, since the mid 80s, and can't remember a half like this. 60 and it was the whole team that seems hot. This is maybe the craziest half I've ever seen in a Bama basketball team! We've probably had comparable halves but not against a team loaded with talent like LSU. This is just nuts.
That last one is insane.Halftime: #Alabama 60, #LSU 32
Petty leads the Tide with 21 points on seven 3s
Alabama is 14 of 19 (74 percent) from beyond the arc
Can’t believe you only thought we’d score 50 in that half! But you didn’t know Shack would be driving and make contested right handed layups high off the glass either!Lets score 50 in the first half Beating such a highly paid team like this is amazing.
Spent it on his haircut. Awful.I wonder if that strong ass offer Watford got was worth this ass whiping.
yea I am slow at understanding this basketball stuff.....at least the way we are playing now. WoWCan’t believe you only thought we’d score 50 in that half! But you didn’t know Shack would be driving and make congested right handed layups high off the glass either!
Nope. I was reminding the wife a minute ago about all of the times I have sat here and chewed my fingernails for two hours while the tide were in a dogfight with Shelton State. I am relaxed and having a blast. It may never be again. Is it wrong to be this Happy!!!
I really dont like LSU
I'm with you, Mr. Naismith.yea I am slow at understanding this basketball stuff.....at least the way we are playing now. WoW
I agree and that goes back to the CM era.
I was at that game. It was epic! Was trying to remember a comparable first half and the closest I can recall was against Tenn in the SEC tourney when Rod Grizzard went off in the first half. Still only got a measly 49 as a team though.

Rod should have come back, I thought he would end up being a 10 year NBA vet.Was trying to remember a comparable first half and the closest I can recall was against Tenn in the SEC tourney when Rod Grizzard went off in the first half. Still only got a measly 49 as a team though.

what he said from day 1 is coming true. his defense will generate open looksLock Oats up!!!!!! I was excited about the start obviously. But about midway through the half I was real excited bc they were getting easy easy baskets. They have some guys that are tough to guard in there. But for that last 5 min or so stretch we locked them down!
Exactly, He and Kennedy Winston should have stayed 1 more yearRod should have come back, I thought he would end up being a 10 year NBA vet.
