Ellis playing well. Rojas might never win a game for us, but dude plays hard. He’s playing really well tonight.
I don’t like playing not to lose either! LolRojas doesn’t understand slow the pace down. Haha! That guy!!
I really believed he would be a big time scorer this year. I hope he’s figuring out his ability.@Sweetlou10 your boy Ellis is showing out!
What? Never mind. Haha! Roll TideI don’t like playing not to lose either! Lol
When he's under control he can give the other team fits. But man dude can get wild sometimes.Rojas playing with a bit more control!
Nah you know who/what I'm talking about.I can't post and keep up with the game. But then maybe I'm part of the riff raff.......
My thoughts exactly, the fact that they didn’t live and die by the 3 was the most important part of the game to me. They took it to the basket and forced the refs to call fouls. They played strong on defense for the second straight game against a good opponent. If they can keep it going against Auburn and Kentucky, this team can challenge for the SEC.Just got a chance to watch it. I still can't believe it. Two games in a row we've handled two really good teams, and tonight without JQ. Oats has made some adjustments. We just aren't running and shooting the first 3 we see in these last couple games, and it's obviously helped us on offense but it's helped us even more on defense. We've taken better shots, which leads to less transition for the opposing team. And with this roster, we are going to have a mismatch in our favor a lot of times, and tonight we wore every mismatch we could find out.
I thought Bruner was really good tonight. Rojas played within the structure of things better. Ellis and Primo are going to be huge down the stretch. Reese is settling in his spot. Herb killed mismatches all night. Petty just keeps doing whatever needs to be done, although he needs to find more shots.
Can't believe we didn't lay an egg after the big win Saturday. It's exciting, but I'm not getting to high. I've traveled this road before....
