Interesting article ... now coaches are blaming the coach if the player they sign from the portal has his appeal to play without sitting denied. The NCAA has opened a can of worms ....
I agree with Harbaugh give every kid one transfer without a penalty ... take the coaches out of the process. The only thing I would add is give the school losing a player an extra initial qualifier 26 vs 25 ... but still 85.
