Herman after 2 losses

After losing to Navy and SMU, Herman's name doesn't appear to be as hot as it was a few weeks ago. Its not that he is a decent coach, but never understood why he was such a hot commodity after 1 good season at Houston. If I'm an AD writing a 5 mill check, that coach is going to have a longer track record than 1 year as a coach. Especially when there are other more established good coaches available. But that's just me.
